FAQs

  • I always accept commissions for series of work I am already making — if you want a cozy room or dinner party design, I’m you’re gal!

    I also accept limited commissions for larger sets; if you want a dinner set or a set of logo mugs for your business! Shoot me an email or text to see if it’s up my alley.

  • Yes! Just choose the local pickup option for your order and we’ll set something up.

    If you already purchased but want to shift to local pickup, shoot me an email! As long as I haven’t shipped the item already I’m happy to refund the shipping cost and meet you instead.

    (Apparel orders are not viable for local pickup as they are embroidered on demand and shipped directly from the printer.)

  • I put up a seasonal update, more in the winter and less in the summer when I’m focused on festivals. I always have preorders open in my store.

    However, I’m only one very disorganized human juggling pottery + photography + being a new mom. Sign up for the email list to be sure you know when new pots are headed your way.

  • Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days, while Preorder items take 4-6 weeks to ship.

  • I package everything in layers and layers of padding so there is a very slim chance this will happen, but if it does, email me with a picture within 3 days of receiving your item and I can send a replacement or a refund, whatever you prefer.

  • If for some reason you don’t love your pot, email me so that I can find someone who does love it!

    You will be responsible for return shipping + safely packaging it + sending me a tracking number for the return.
